Roxburgh House has been established for over twenty years and is a decorative building dating back over one hundred and fifty years; a tasteful and high standard modernisation has been completed on the home and this has given Roxburgh back the beauty it once enjoyed. The home is set in rural South Warwickshire, located in the village of Kineton giving easy access to Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Banbury and is a matter of minutes from the Cotswolds.

Set in beautiful gardens there is an abundance of mature trees set within seating areas and patios.

The village of Kineton can be reached with a two minute walk from Roxburgh House where there are shops, Post Office and public houses.

Both single and double occupancy rooms are available and couples are very welcome, some rooms with en-suite. Bathrooms and shower rooms are available all fitted with assisted baths and sit-down showers.

A large and spacious lounge gives many community style seating areas, and one area has the television. A separate lounge offers a quiet and peaceful area to relax. Two dining rooms provide table and chairs where meals are enjoyed.

All views from the home give a picturesque outlook, such as the stone built houses, or the lovely gardens.
